Method of use:

  • Concentration: 1000 l, 140 l STRIPAC NI BASE ECO ADDITIVE
  • Temperature: Room Temperature
  • Contact time: 10 minutes to 1 hour
  • Standard sequence of use: Rinsing with high pressure cleaner.
  • Materials: Steel can be used for the tanks and the entire installation.
  • Bath assembly: Fill the tank with STRIPAC NI BASE ECO. Add the STRIPAC NI BASE ECO ADDITIVE. Homogenize the bath.

Notes:

- An insoluble film forms on the surface over time, and is intended to prevent evaporation of the bath.

- If the bath contains a large quantity of sludge (denatured paint), it may be necessary to filter it before performing dosing.

- On a new bath installed under 1,000 l of STRIPAC NIBASE ECO and 140 l of STRIPAC NI BASE ECO ADDITIVE conditions.
